How is the subscription billed?
Billing terms are agreed in your quote. We will set out the billing period and what is included before you sign.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Contract terms are part of the quote and depend on the package and the onboarding scope. Ask us for the options.
What does onboarding include?
Depending on your needs: data mapping, import or integration setup, testing with sample documents and user training. It is scoped and quoted per project.
Can we export our data if we leave?
Yes. Reports export to CSV and Excel and documents export as UBL XML, so your records stay yours.
Why are prices not listed?
