Our commitment

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control, and people reading in English or Arabic. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, landmarks and a skip link to the main content.
  • Every function can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
  • Arabic pages use a right-to-left layout with the correct language and direction set, so assistive technology reads them correctly.
  • Diagrams and meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and interface colours are chosen for sufficient contrast, and text can be resized without loss of content.
  • Animations respect the reduced-motion setting of your device.
  • Forms have visible labels, clear instructions and error messages that explain how to fix the problem.

Known limitations

  • The website has not yet had an independent accessibility audit. This statement will be updated with its findings once it has been carried out.
  • Some linked documents and third-party websites, including official sources, are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
  • If optional services such as a bot-protection check or a WhatsApp chat are enabled, parts of them are provided by third parties.

If you cannot use part of the site, we will try to give you the information in another way, for example by email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle anything you send us.

Feedback and contact

If you find a barrier, please tell us which page it is on, what you were trying to do and the browser or assistive technology you use. Email contact@invoiceandtax.com or use the contact page with the subject Accessibility. We aim to respond and to fix confirmed issues as quickly as we can.
