Read-only assistant
Ask your invoice data a question — and see where the answer came from
An optional, read-only assistant that answers questions about your own invoices, settlements and reports in plain language — every answer shows its sources and scope. It cannot create, change or export data. Enabled per organisation by an administrator.
- Read-only
- Sources shown
- Off until an administrator enables it
What does the Invoice And Tax assistant do?
It answers plain-language questions about your organisation's own invoices, settlements and reports, and shows the sources and scope of every answer. It is read-only: it cannot create, change or export data, and it is switched on per organisation by an administrator.
Outcomes
Why a read-only assistant
-
Plain-language questions
Ask in everyday words instead of building a report filter.
-
Sources on every answer
Each answer shows the data it used and the scope it covered, so you can check it.
-
Cannot change anything
No creating, editing, approving or exporting — the assistant only reads.
-
Your administrator decides
It is off by default and enabled per organisation.
How it works
How it answers
You type a question. The assistant uses approved read-only tools to look at your organisation's data — nothing outside it — and returns an answer together with its sources and scope. If the question needs an action, you take it yourself in the platform, with your usual permissions and audit trail.
- Reads only your organisation's data
- Uses approved read-only tools
- Answers with sources and scope

-

Contained by design
Read-only tools, organisation scope and administrator control keep the assistant inside clear limits.

How do I know an answer is right?
