Zoho Books
Using Zoho Books? Connect it to Invoice And Tax
Connect Zoho Books to bring supported invoice data into Invoice And Tax through a tested, operational integration workflow. Availability and configuration depend on the customer's organization, permissions and agreed mapping.
- Authorised with Zoho sign-in (OAuth)
- Enabled per organisation
Does Invoice And Tax integrate with Zoho Books?
Yes. The Zoho Books connector brings supported invoices from your Zoho Books organisation into Invoice And Tax as drafts, which are validated and then issued as e-invoices. You authorise access with Zoho's own sign-in, an authorised user in your team starts each sync, and our team enables and configures the connector according to your organisation, its permissions and the agreed mapping.
What it does
What the connector does
-
Authorise with Zoho
You connect your Zoho Books organisation through Zoho's own OAuth sign-in. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and we never see your Zoho password.
-
Import into drafts
Supported invoices — and credit notes where included in your agreed mapping — arrive in Invoice And Tax as drafts, ready for review.
-
The same validation
Imported documents pass the same versioned validation rules as every other source before they are issued as e-invoices.
-
No duplicates, no overwrites
Syncing an unchanged document again does not create a duplicate, and a document already issued is never overwritten by a later change in Zoho Books.
How it works
Where the connector fits
Zoho Books remains your accounting system. An authorised user in your organisation runs a sync; Invoice And Tax reads the supported documents, applies the mapping agreed with you and creates drafts that are validated, issued and tracked like any other document. Amounts are in Omani rials (OMR). Until the connector is configured for you, Excel and CSV import gives you the same validation route.
- Zoho Books stays your accounting system
- Sync started by an authorised user
- Invoice And Tax validates and issues
Zoho Books questions
Who can use the Zoho Books connector?
Customers whose Zoho Books organisation, permissions and invoice data fit the agreed mapping. Our team confirms this with you and enables the connector for your organisation.
Will it change data in Zoho Books?
No. The connector reads from Zoho Books; it does not write data back to Zoho Books.
Can we start before the connector is configured?
Yes — with Excel and CSV import or the REST API, which use the same validation rules.
