Sales and receivables
Issue the invoice, then follow it until it is paid
Outbound tax invoices are issued and validated in PINT-OM. From there, credit notes, payments and receivables ageing stay linked to each sale — so you always know what a customer owes and why.

How does Invoice And Tax manage sales and receivables?
You issue outbound tax invoices in Invoice And Tax, validated in the PINT-OM format. Credit and debit notes stay linked to the original invoice, payments are allocated to invoices through settlements, and accounts-receivable ageing shows what each customer owes and for how long.

How it works
Every sale, with its full history
An invoice is issued and frozen. If it needs correcting, a credit or debit note is linked to it. When the customer pays, the payment is allocated to it. Receivables ageing reads all of this, so the balance you chase is the balance the documents support.

Sales questions
Can invoices come from our ERP instead of being typed?
Yes — through the API, a connector or Excel and CSV import. See integrations.
How are part payments handled?
A payment can be allocated across one or more invoices, and partial allocation is supported. See settlements.
Can I correct an issued invoice?
Not by editing it. Issue a credit or debit note linked to the original.
