About Invoice And Tax

We build the platform Omani finance teams use to issue, adjust, settle and report invoices — in Arabic and English, and with claims you can check.

Why we exist

Our mission

E-invoicing changes more than the format of an invoice. It changes how finance teams create documents, correct them, collect against them and report them. Our mission is to make that daily work dependable for businesses in Oman — so that compliance becomes a by-product of good operations, not a quarterly scramble.

Invoice And Tax is one platform for that work: PINT-OM e-invoices, credit and debit notes, self-billing, supplier documents, payment settlements, VAT return preparation, reporting and an append-only audit trail.

Focus

Why Oman

Oman's e-invoicing programme is now set in law: Decision 189/2026 makes electronic tax invoices mandatory from 1 April 2027 for businesses with annual supplies above OMR 5 million, and from 1 October 2027 for all others. We focus on one country so we can go deep — on the PINT-OM specification, on Arabic as a first language of the product, and on the way Omani organisations actually run their finances. Principles

What we hold ourselves to

  • Transparency

We explain how the platform works — validation rules, audit trail, approvals — rather than asking you to trust a badge.

  • Claims you can verify

We publish only what we can evidence. Pilots are labelled as pilots, and limits are stated on the page.

  • Bilingual by design

Arabic and English are equal in the product and on this site, written natively rather than translated.

  • Built for the long run

We design for the years after go-live: corrections, settlements, VAT reviews and audits.

Approach

How we work with customers

  1. 01

    Listen first

We start with how you invoice today, the systems you use and the documents you issue.

  2. 02

    Scope honestly

Onboarding and integration are scoped in writing, including what is in pilot and what is not.

  3. 03

    Prove it on your data

Sample documents run end to end before you go live.

  4. 04

    Stay with you

Support is part of the product, through tickets you can follow inside the platform.
